I’ve heard that there are two situations that make interesting stories:When a extraordinary person is plunged into the commonplace and when an ordinary person gets involved in extraordinary events. When I read that in the begining part of the book, it reminded me of stuff Pastor Kevin says, haha. Anyways, isn’t that an amazing thought? I know not many of us (including me) are extraordinary people put into the …

Hah, when I was at work, I was talking with a Pastor from a somewhat new church down here in Palo Alto about worship, and about new songs and such (he’s looking for whatever stuff is really new, but I couldn’t offer too too much, He did end up buying Shane Barnard, Matt Redman, and Darrell Evans upon my suggestions though =) ). Anyways, that just spurred me tonight to …

Well today was an interesting day. After class I ran out to CompUSA and Target, because of the great deals I saw in thisSunday’s newspapers. Well anyways, at CompUSA I picked up two compact flash cards. Got the 64 meg ones, hopefully that’ll be enough for my camera that will come either this week or next. I can’t wait for that!! whoooooo. Should be really fun taking a lot of …

…… Potstickers are delicious…. …… Ok, that was a weird entry

Wow, it went really well. Worship that is. I usually don’t always think so highly of when I lead worship, but I really enjoyed it yesterday. I felt like it was really loud though, hahaha. Oh well, it makes it easier to hear myself I guess. We did a lot of songs yesterday, but it was fun, and I think people enjoyed it as well. I even saw some people …

Ya know, I think we’re the only Christian Fellowship that I know of that uses a shopping cart to transport stuff around…I hope we never get caught, hah… BTW: I saw a PW’s (a supermarket near Berean) shopping cart in our store today, hahaha, I guess we’re really not the only ones…course Berean’s not really a fellowship Alrighty, BBL. current mood: crazy

Just getting things ready for tonight’s worship. A lot of stuff going on. We have two sets of stuff, one 15 and one 20 minute set (why do I feel like I’ve talked about this earlier….hrm…). Anyways, yeah, it should be interesting. I only have one kinda faster song, since we’re having a memorial kinda thing with more of a solemn worship-ish feel to it with it being the 1 …

Wow, just downloaded this new client called Semagic. It works really well. It kinda looks like a whole email client, but it works just for LiveJournal entries. Well I’ve been on LJ now for over a year, kinda weird. I don’t have all that many posts, as opposed to some people, who I know have like a gazillion posts on this place. For a long while, I just posted once …

Read this article for a choke full of laughs and memories of movies from the 80s. The Karate Kid current mood: amused

Well today at work we got in the new Chris Tomlin album. Even though it’s not supposed to go on sale until next tuesday, I snuck a copy out. whooooo. It’s pretty good, but I didn’t intially hear too many usable songs for worship. It’s different from his first, as it seems to have a few more “rockish” tunes on it, with fast breaks, and “air drops” as I call …

Well I guess that statement isn’t entirely true, as I was the only one working on it, but alas, I was born in the year of the monkey by the chinese zodiac. (BTW: weird side note, anyone remember that weird “Zodiac Killer” back in the 80s? scared me a lot, haha). So yeah, I did some work on my webpage tonight. It looks alright, though I’ll probably be changing it …

Haha, ok, weird title, but I’ll explain in a little bit. I dropped by Iggy Iguana’s today after work. I went back last Thursday as well, as they had some music night, and just picked up some food. Did the same today, and saw there were people in that same “music” room. Low and behold, I hear a voice I recognize and a person that I recognize. Speaking to a …
